Description

Important goal of the approach is to describe in detail how the Business Analysis part of the engagement will be executed. The approach contains:

  • a description of the main steps;
  • a description of the tasks within these steps; what will be done;
  • a description of the deliverables;
  • a description of the decision points.



The approach does not contain an implementation strategy as that is the main deliverable of the complete BA engagement, described in phase 4: 'Migration Design'.
